Page Group are delighted to be supporting an industry leading, Global Manufacturing & distributor, in their search for a new Customer Service & Export Coordinator. Description
*Work with global B2B customers to provide quotations and process orders in line with customer requirements
*Monitor stock levels to ensure products meet expected customer demand
*Negotiate freight costs with existing suppliers taking into accounts costs, reliability and service
*Plan and arrange the dispatch of international sales orders via air, sea and land, including accurate shipping documents
*Produce relevant and accurate export documentation based on customer requirements or specific country regulations, including Certificate of Origins etc
*Provide a world class level of service to customer via phone and email
*Take ownership of assigned customer issues, handling sensitively and proactively with minimal impact to the customer
Profile
*Experience with Export Documentation and Export regulations
*Strong attention to detail
*Experience working with B2B customers
*Ability to work as part of a team
Job Offer
The role of Customer Service & Export Coordinator will join a growing business based in Leeds. The role offers:

-£33,000 - £38,000

-08-30 to 16-30 Monday to Friday (some flexibility)
