Job Description:
Your Role as a Support Worker
*Supporting personal care routines with dignity and respect
*Delivering specialised care (e.g. PEG, stoma, tracheostomy – full training provided!)
*Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
*Promoting independence and enabling choice in daily living
*Promoting independence and empowering choice
*Maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory standards
*Being a warm, consistent and reliable presence for the people we support
What We’re Looking For
*A kind, patient and proactive approach
*Experience in care is desirable, but not essential – we provide full training
*A willingness to learn new clinical skills
*Ability to work as part of a team and independently
*Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or sleep-ins if required
*A full driving licence is beneficial
