Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school community in Tower Hamlets. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
This larger than average Primary school is known for being very welcoming, friendly and supportive of staff. Some current Tradewind staff have worked through the agency for years.
Salary & Hours * Daily rate: £90-£112 per day PAYE (AWR at 12 weeks)

* Hours: Full-time, approximately 08:30-16:00

* Contract: Term-time only

*ASAP until July
Role Responsibilities * Providing 1:1 support for children with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

* Supporting children to access learning both inside and outside the classroom

* Assisting with behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

* Offering personal care where required, including supporting students with mobility or hygiene needs

* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to implement individual education plans
