1:1 Teaching Assistant - Markfield - Immediate start - Up to £100 per day depending on experience - Full time opportunity
Do you have previous SEN experience and are looking for a new full-time opportunity with an immediate start?
Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a welcoming school in Markfield who are looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis.

There is a consistent approach to behaviour, strong pastoral support, and a leadership team that prioritises high standards alongside staff development. Tradewind have a close working relationship with the school and provide ongoing support throughout the placement.
About you - 1:1 TA - Markfield
* Previous SEN experience is essential
* Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils
* Provides consistent, tailored 1:1 support
* Supports engagement, focus and access to learning
* Confident implementing EHCP targets and individual support plans
* Calm, patient and proactive approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
