Are you a passionate Religious Education teacher looking for a school where your subject is valued and respected?
We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Tunbridge Wells seeking an engaging and knowledgeable RE Teacher to join their Humanities department from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a supportive school where Religious Education plays a key role in developing students’ critical thinking, ethical understanding and global awareness.
The Role: * Teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for the right candidate)
* Planning and delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons
* Contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Humanities team
* Supporting students of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes
The School: * Supportive and approachable leadership team
* Well-behaved students who engage positively with discussion-based subjects
* Clear behaviour systems in place
* Excellent CPD and progression opportunities
The Ideal Candidate: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching RE in a UK secondary setting
* Strong classroom management
* A passion for developing students’ moral and philosophical understanding
