Job Description:
We are working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a Finance Director to join a senior leadership team. This is a strategic, high-profile role, providing financial leadership, oversight, and commercial insight across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and develop the Finance function, building a high-performing team.
*Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
*Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance.
*Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decisions, including investment cases, bids, and contracts.
*Manage cashflow, treasury, and board-level reporting responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
*Proven track record of financial leadership in complex business environments.
*Strong team leadership and commercial acumen.
*Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
*Manufacturing or similar background
Package: £110k base, 35% annual bonus, £8k car allowance, 8% matched pension | Hybrid working (approx. 3 days onsite)
