This is a rare opportunity to build and professionalise a treasury function from the ground up within a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Treasury professional with the capability and gravitas to design, structure and scale a best-in-class treasury function.
You will operate strategically, implementing structural improvements while maintaining full ownership of liquidity, banking infrastructure and financial risk controls.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding and optimising asset management across multiple jurisdictions.
Core Responsibilities
*Full ownership of the end-to-end treasury function
*Design and implement treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks
*Build and optimise treasury infrastructure and monitoring systems
*Develop rolling liquidity forecasts and robust cash flow reporting
*Create structured payment calendars and reporting frameworks
*Produce and maintain a clear treasury matrix covering: *Bank account purpose and usage
*Fee structures
*Strategic allocation of funds

*Improve efficiency through automation and process optimisation
*Manage and deepen relationships with operational banking partners
*Lead onboarding of new FIAT banking institutions
*Strengthen and expand the banking portfolio during probation
*Operate autonomously in a standalone capacity (initially)
Banking & Infrastructure Expectations
*Strong exposure to European and US banking environments
*Proven experience onboarding and managing multiple FIAT banks
*Existing relationships with tier-one banks highly desirable (e.g. Citibank, Revolut, Mercury or similar institutions)
*Demonstrated experience building treasury systems from scratch
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience:
*Treasury experience within a family office environment/VC Funds or Cryptocurrency
*Strong liquidity management and forecasting expertise
*Hands-on experience building treasury infrastructure
*Proven ability to onboard and manage multiple banking relationships
*Strategic mindset with a track record of implementing structural improvements
Advantageous:
*Exposure to crypto / digital asset environments
*Experience operating in fast-growth or founder-led organisations
