Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join a high growth PE backed business, working in Group and International Tax spend.

An environmental consultancy business providing services across environmental impact.
Description
*Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate tax compliance and statutory reporting across a number of territories.
*Contribute to the evolution of the organisation’s tax governance framework, risk management approach and forward-looking tax strategy in line with ongoing growth.
*Work closely with senior leadership to align tax considerations with broader commercial and operational objectives.
*Provide tax support on overseas growth plans, including new jurisdiction entry and cross-border activities.
*Advise on legal entity rationalisation and structuring projects to ensure efficient and sustainable outcomes.
*Establish and enhance scalable tax processes, controls and documentation suitable for an expanding, increasingly complex group.
*Apply strong technical expertise in corporate taxation, with familiarity in international tax principles (experience with global minimum tax rules such as Pillar Two advantageous).
*Make informed, balanced decisions while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
*Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to ensure continued compliance and proactive risk management.
Profile
A successful Group Tax Manager should have:
*A strong background in corporate tax, with experience of compliance and reporting
*A professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CTA)
*Good working knowledge of international tax concepts (transfer pricing, cross-border issues, and ideally Pillar II)
*The confidence to operate as a standalone technical lead, while collaborating closely with Finance, external advisers and wider tax team
*A pragmatic, commercial mindset and strong stakeholder skills
*Comfort working with financial systems, data and detail
