We’re working with a forward-thinking residential care provider seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to help shape a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic home for young people aged 7-17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

�? The Opportunity As Team Leader, you’ll:
* Lead and supervise Residential Support Workers, setting the standard for exceptional childcare practice
* Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, therapeutic care
* Create a structured and emotionally supportive home environment
* Support young people to attend appointments, family visits, and community activities
* Be a consistent, positive role model during pivotal moments in their lives
You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with care standards while keeping the focus where it belongs - on the young people.
?? Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who:
* Has experience in a children’s residential care setting
* Has held supervisory or senior responsibilities
* Understands the complex needs of adolescents in care
* Is dynamic, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* Is 23+ (due to regulatory requirements)
* Has the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
