As an essential part of the Hire Desk team, you’ll:
*Manage the hiring and off-hiring of plant and equipment to customers
*Support and advise Hire Negotiators with pricing, specifications and availability
*Ensure quotes are raised for every customer enquiry
*Maintain accurate Live Hire and Closed Hire files
*Manage and process re-charges accurately
*Produce Hire Desk revenue reports
*Prepare detailed customer reports as required
*Ensure all hire information is accurate and provided correctly every time
*Respond to and resolve hire-related customer queries
*Liaise daily with the Service and Transport teams to ensure smooth operations
