Job Description:

This longstanding Estate Agency located in a beautiful and picturesque setting, is looking for an all-rounder who can join the small but very successful team. The possibility for career progression and excellent earning potential are massive here.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday.
*Occasional Saturdays (flexible)
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
*A strong basic salary, circa £30,000
*A % of pool commission in a well performing branch.
*A great OTE upwards of £43,000
*The chance to work for a local and well respected agency.
*Ongoing support and training.
Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
*Drive property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to successful completion
*Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience
*Be able to conduct valuations when needed.
*Stay up to date with local market trends to provide informed advice and insights
*Use property management systems efficiently to handle listings, viewings, and documentation
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
*Proven track record in estate agency and property sales.
*Skilled in building rapport and nurturing long-term client relationships.
*Can offer an excellent level of customer service.
*Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator is essential.
*Some knowledge of the Lettings process is desired.
