Job Description:
Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Chessington
Duration: 4-6 Weeks
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team on a 4-6 week temporary basis. This role will provide essential support during a key project go-live, ensuring that day-to-day transactional finance processes continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Posting bank transactions and assisting with reconciliations
*Posting overheads and maintaining accurate financial records
*Managing approximately 250 transactions per month
*Supporting the wider finance function as required
Essential Requirements:
*Previous experience within an Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant role
*Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One (essential)
*Intermediate Excel skills
*Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
*Professional communication skills

*Comfortable getting to Chessington
