Description
*Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support organisational objectives.
*Manage a team of 3.
*Support and execute the audit.
*Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
*Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
*Support the preparation of board reports and presentations.
*Identify risks and opportunities within financial plans and propose solutions.

Profile
A successful Interim FP&A role should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
*Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
*Experience working within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer
