Description
*Provide first and second-line technical support to staff and stakeholders.

*Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.

*Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes.

Profile
A successful 1st / 2nd Line Engineer should have:
