ER Advisor – 6-Month FTC
Location: South Bristol
Start Date: Immediate
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Parking: On-site
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
About the RoleWe are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable Employee Relations Advisor to join our client on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy HR function, requiring someone who can confidently manage a variety of ER casework from day one.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a range of Employee Relations cases
*Absence management including reviews and return-to-work processes
*Supporting and leading on disciplinaries and grievances
*Providing clear, consistent advice to managers in line with policy and employment law
*Working proactively to resolve issues and support positive working relationships
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
*Strong ER advisory experience
*Proven ability to manage cases end-to-end
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused approach
*Ability to start immediately
