Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Are you passionate about driving process improvements and embedding a continuous improvement mindset? We’re looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement Support professional to help streamline operations, optimise warehouse efficiency, and support sustainable change across the business.
What you’ll do as the CI Coordinator:
*Support CI projects from start to finish, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement methodologies
*Analyse warehouse operations, propose layout improvements, and enhance material flow
*Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience, reduce lead times, and boost service quality
*Help develop and refine systems, processes, SOPs, and workflows for long-term sustainability
*Collect and analyse data, preparing reports and dashboards to guide decisions
*Assist with training and communication to embed a culture of continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
*Six Sigma Green Belt certification
*1–3 years’ experience in process improvement, operations, or analytical roles
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data tools is a bonus
*Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
