??? Monday-Friday - To start immediately until February

General Responsibilities:
*Routine Cleansing (Street bin emptying, cleaning of public toilets, litter picking) of assigned round and/or seasonal grounds maintenance
*Grass cutting and strimming
*Hedge cutting and pruning
*Digging, bedding and planting
*Hoeing and weeding
*Sweeping the footpaths and channels as necessary
*Clearing beaches of litter and detritus
*Using mechanical plant, equipment and vehicles to assist teams throughout the district as directed.
*Provide excellent customer service and uphold health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
*Ability to read, write, and use a smartphone or handheld device
*Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
*Team player who can also work independently
*Professional approach when dealing with the public
*Practical experience in cleansing (essential) and grounds maintenance (desirable)
*Valid driving licence (essential); C1/C1E or C licence desirable
*Right to work in the UK and ability to pass a Basic Disclosure check
*Required Hi-Viz and safety shoes
