Job Description:
Temp Admin Assistant – Part-Time (2 Days a Week)
We’re looking for a highly organised, discreet, and confident Admin Assistant to support our Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing strong administrative support, including diary management
*Taking accurate notes and minutes in meetings
*Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint confidently
*Handling confidential information with professionalism
*Supporting wider team activity and working on own initiative
*Demonstrating clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
Desirable Experience:
*Working knowledge of CRM/database systems
*Understanding of the Not-for-Profit / Charity sector
*Awareness of church or faith-based organisational structures and values
*Confidence delivering presentations or training
*Ability to work inclusively with a diverse range of people.
The ideal candidate is:
*Highly organised, trustworthy, and adaptable
*Proactive with excellent attention to detail
*Confident and professional in all interactions
