Conveyancing Assistant – Bournemouth – Up to £28,000 – Established Legal Practice
A respected and long-standing law firm based in Bournemouth is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy and highly regarded Residential Property team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Solicitors on a broad range of Conveyancing matters, within a firm known for its professionalism and client-centred approach. The environment is collegiate, well-structured, and committed to high standards of legal service.
The Role:
You will provide comprehensive support throughout the conveyancing process, assisting from initial instruction through to post-completion.
Responsibilities will include:*Opening and progressing residential conveyancing files
*Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
*Liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
*Managing searches, title documentation, and completion statements
*Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Ideal Pre-Requisites: *Experienced as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant within Residential Property, or willing to learn
*Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple matters concurrently
*Calm and professional when dealing with clients, with clear and courteous communication
*Comfortable working as part of a close-knit legal team
*Familiarity with case management systems and conveyancing procedures advantageous to application
