Job Title: Resourcing Co-ordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Bonus
Are you passionate about creating great candidate experiences and connecting people with opportunities that genuinely fit their skills and goals? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our client’s team in central Leeds.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full candidate journey - from initial engagement through to finalising their employment details - ensuring every individual receives a professional, supportive and first-class experience.
What you’ll be doing
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
*Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring their questions are handled quickly and professionally.
*Keep candidates updated on the progress of their applications, providing regular feedback.
*Source candidates using internal systems, online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
*Conduct pre-screening conversations and formal interviews.
*Support all compliance checks including references, right-to-work, documentation, and onboarding needs.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Growth
*Create effective job adverts and manage incoming responses.
*Use market insight, networking, and candidate referrals to identify new talent.
