Who are you? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants. Here’s what we need from you:
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
*Minimum 6 months UK school experience
*Eligibility to work in the UK
What will you be doing? As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be actively involved in supporting children with complex needs. Your typical day will involve:
*Providing individual and group support to students.
*Assisting in the creation and delivery of personalised learning plans.
*Collaborating with the classroom teacher on lesson planning and behaviour management.
*Offering support with personal care and mobility (where necessary).
*Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
