The role:
In this varied and client-focused position, you will:
*Act as a key contact for client online-support enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where needed.
*Maintain accurate database records, ensuring client and prospect information is always up to date.
*Handle telephone, email and written enquiries, delivering exceptional service within agreed standards.
*Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for clients, management and accounts.
*Chase outstanding premiums and assist with payment queries and account admin.
*Manage general client administration.
*Assist with email and mail campaigns to help convert new business opportunities.
*Support ad-hoc duties, projects and ongoing development of industry knowledge.
*Represent and model the organisation’s core values of Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, Service and Leadership.
About you:
*A graduate or someone with strong A-levels
*Well-spoken, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Positive, "can-do" approach and eagerness to learn
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Someone who enjoys working with clients and is keen to grow within the insurance sector
