Event Staff - Cheltenham Races (Tuesday 10th - Friday 13th March 2025)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Stations Team supporting the Cheltenham Races this March. Adecco UK are recruiting committed, safety-focused and customer-friendly staff to work at Gloucester Spa Train Station during one of the busiest events of the year.
Location Gloucester Train Station
You must be able to commute reliably for the start and end times of your shift.
Duration Tuesday 10th March - Friday 13th March 2025
You must be able to commit to all 4 days.

Pay & Bonus Structure £14.00 per hour
PLUS performance and attendance bonuses:
*Up to £175 bonus for full commitment across the event
*Additional bonus tiers available depending on shifts worked
*Full details will be provided during onboarding
Shift Pattern 16:00 - 23:00 (4pm - 11pm)
Consistent shift each day.
(We also have 0900-1600 available)
Role Overview You’ll be the first or last point of contact in the station, ensuring a safe and smooth experience for customers attending the Cheltenham Races.
Key Duties *Supporting safe passenger flow through the station
*Directing customers using established queueing systems
*Monitoring crowd numbers on platforms to prevent overcrowding
*Providing information on trains, departures and calling patterns
*Delivering excellent customer service throughout
