This is a fantastic opportunity for a planning professional to join a respected practice with a long-standing presence in the Midlands, working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, rural, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
You will be joining a collaborative planning team with the chance to gain exposure to a broad range of planning work, develop client-facing skills, and play an active role in the delivery of projects from initial appraisal through to determination.
The Role * Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

* Supporting senior staff on a variety of planning projects

* Undertaking site appraisals and planning research

* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

* Assisting with the preparation of planning statements and reports

* Monitoring planning policy and legislative changes

Requirements * RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related subject

* Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

* MRTPI or working towards Chartership (desirable)
