Job Title: Technical Sales Team Leader - Warehouse Loading Bay Systems

Location: Edgware office (national travel required 30-40% time)
Remuneration: £36,000-£40,000 + bonus

The role of the Technical Sales Team Leader - Warehouse Loading Bay Systems will involve:
*Team Leader role, promoting loading bay safety solutions for warehousing with a focus on distribution centres, food & beverage and retail
*Managing a team of 3 of the technical team
*Promoting loading bay safety solutions to safeguard against accidental drive-aways direct into warehouse facilities (targeting health & safety managers, operations managers and finance managers.)
*Typical loading bay solutions £25,000-£150,000
*Customers include: Tesco, Next, DHL, TJK (TJ Max), UPS etc.
*Solution based selling based on unique customer needs
*Setting KPI’s for team and ensuring best possible outcomes for clients are reached
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Team Leader - Warehouse Loading Bay Systems with:
*Must have 3 years’ technical sales experience within a technical product background
*Ideally have experience managing key accounts building trust with key customers
*People management skills would be highly advantageous
*Experience using a CRM
*Specific safety sector experience is not essential but may be useful
*Knowledge of loading bays not required but may be advantageous
*Willing to stay away from home days per week on occasion
*Self-starter, with coachable mentality
