Location: Thetford
Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 Basic + £1,000 pm Guarantee
OTE: £45,000 – £75,000+

*Sole Mortgage Advisor within branch
*7–10 qualified leads per week
*Strong estate agency introducers
*20+ properties sold per month
*Average property value £230k
*Whole-of-market mortgage access
*Full admin support
*Genuine high earnings potential
Package
*Basic £27k–£31k
*£1k pm financial guarantee (6 months)
*Uncapped commission
*OTE £45k–£75k+

*CeMAP qualified
*Mortgage sales experience
*Strong communication skills
