Hospitality Account Executive
Leicester
Permanent
Competitive Salary + Bonus
Office-based with event attendance required
Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester within the professional hospitality industry to recruit a Hospitality Account Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused relationship manager to take ownership of seasonal client accounts, with a particular emphasis on premium membership clients. The role will play a key part in driving hospitality revenue, enhancing client engagement and supporting the delivery of best-in-class matchday and non-matchday events.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing and developing relationships with seasonal hospitality clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
*Creating clear engagement plans and providing regular reporting on activity and client interaction
*Driving additional revenue through upselling hospitality and non-seasonal events
*Supporting the delivery of premium experiences
*Achieving monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
*Collaborating with the wider Commercial team to support overall department performance
*Maintaining accurate records and using data to inform commercial decisions
About YouWe are seeking a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in sales and relationship management within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will bring:
*3-5 years’ experience within sales, account management or hospitality
*A consistent record of achieving and exceeding targets
*Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
*A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong IT capability, including MS Office and CRM/database systems
*A professional and polished approach, aligned to brand values
An interest in sport and the wider hospitality industry would be advantageous.
