Sales Administrator
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

The Role
My client is seeking a reliable and organised Sales Admin Assistant to join their busy team. This is a full-time, office-based position supporting day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar sales or administrative role, be confident using computers, and feel comfortable dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling customer enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
*Supporting trade counter operations, completing sales by phone and face to face
*Answering and redirecting incoming calls, taking accurate messages when needed
*Processing quotes and orders using Sage 200 (training provided; experience preferred)
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
*General administrative duties including scanning, filing, and data entry
*Taking meeting minutes for Management and distributing them accordingly
Requirements
*Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
*Sage 200 experience (desirable but not essential)
*Confident, professional telephone manner
*Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*Reliable transportation to and from work
