Full-Time | 5 Days a Week | Aspire People
Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and thrive in education? Aspire People is seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work in the B17 area.
Location:
B17, Birmingham
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - Full Time
The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Support students displaying perceived challenging behaviour
Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Build positive relationships to promote engagement and progress
Implement behaviour strategies and individual support plans
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams
Requirements:
Proven experience managing perceived challenging behaviour
Strong background supporting pupils with SEN
Calm, resilient, and patient approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
