FLT REACH TRUCK DRIVER – Northampton, Northamptonshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts:
– 2 weeks 06:00 – 14:00
– 2 weeks 14:00 – 22:00
Rates of Pay
• £14.62 per hour - £22.93 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Driving and operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Conducting pre-use inspections and reporting any faults
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets
• Checking quantities and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpacking and storing deliveries correctly
• Organising stock ready for dispatch
• Moving goods around the warehouse as required
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
• Minimum 6 months’ experience operating a Reach Truck
• Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• Good communication skills
• Strong spatial awareness
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Reliability and self-motivation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous warehouse experience
Training Provided
• Full training provided
• Assessment required prior to starting
