Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools, offering both long-term and day-to-day supply opportunities.
These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting children’s learning and development and are looking for flexible or ongoing work within a primary school setting.
The role will involve:
*Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small-group basis
*Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
*Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
*Be reliable, flexible, and proactive
