Job Description:
*Annual Salary: £40,000
*Location: Stansted
*Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage comprehensive HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
*Implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives and support future growth.
*Ensure all HR processes and systems meet compliance and quality standards.
*Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a professional and consistent experience from onboarding to offboarding.
*Develop and maintain positive employee relations, resolving issues in collaboration with management.
*Create and update HR policies in accordance with current legislation.
*Coordinate and manage performance review cycles and training initiatives.
*Lead staffing and recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
*Administer payroll, bonuses, leave, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Promote a vibrant organisational culture that upholds diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Demonstrated experience in HR coordination or a similar role, with a strong grasp of HR processes and best practices.
*Experience across core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
*Proficient in HRIS and data management, with a solid understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all organisational levels.
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
