Job Description:
As Demand Planning Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for accurate forecasting, availability performance, and effective communication across the business. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to optimise supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Leading a small demand planning team, driving forecast accuracy and availability performance, and reporting key KPIs
*Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers
*Ensuring strategies are understood and embedded in forecasting
*Making data-led recommendations and championing process improvement
*Supporting the management team to achieve wider operational goals
What You’ll Bring:
*Excellent communication skills, confident working with all stakeholders
*Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
*Demand planning experience within a complex supply chain
*Knowledge of demand planning systems and ERP tools
*Ability to analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities
*Previous experience managing and developing a team
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
