An established education agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and inclusive secondary school in Lewisham. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-qualified and motivated Science Teacher to join a successful and supportive department from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their practice in a forward-thinking and ambitious school environment.

The RoleThe successful candidate will:
*Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for a suitable candidate)

*Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and scientific thinking

*Contribute to curriculum development within a supportive Science department

*Track and support student progress to ensure strong outcomes

*Participate fully in the wider life of the school community

Specialisms in Biology, Chemistry or Physics are all welcome.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a teacher who:
*Holds QTS (or is working towards it as an ECT)

*Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science

*Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and behaviour management
