The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of group reporting, operational finance oversight and financial planning across a multi-site hospitality platform.
This is a senior role within the finance function, working closely with leadership and providing oversight across site-based finance teams. The position requires someone commercially minded, hands-on, and confident operating in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Ownership of the month-end close, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting
*Oversight of day-to-day operational finance processes
*Supporting external audit delivery
*Driving improvements in finance systems, processes and controls
*Reviewing and strengthening internal controls as the business continues to scale
*Managing and developing a team within the finance function
*Acting as a senior escalation point for operational finance matters
*Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
*Promoting accountability and cost control across the organisation
Candidate Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Experience within hospitality, F&B or multi-site environments preferred
*Strong cashflow management and budgeting capability
*Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends and control gaps
