The Opportunity Are you a passionate educator who loves unlocking potential and changing young lives? We’re searching for an enthusiastic and experienced 1:1 Tutor to work with learners from KS1 to KS4, delivering personalised support across core subjects and the wider national curriculum.
In this rewarding role, you’ll design engaging, confidence-boosting sessions that help students close gaps, grow academically, and truly thrive. Because you’ll be working closely with individual learners, a strong background and understanding of SEN is essential.

Position Details * Location: Huyton

* Role: 1:1 Tutor

* Start date: ASAP

* Duration: Varies depending on each student

* End date: Ongoing

* Contract type: Temporary

* Hours: Part-time or full-time depending on your availability

* Rate: From £25 to £30 per hour

* Session length: Minimum 1 hour, maximum 3 hours per session

Experience, Training and Qualifications * QTS or equivalent

* Safeguarding training within the last year (desirable but not essential)

* UK classroom teaching experience

* A creative, patient approach and the ability to think outside the box

Eligibility Requirements * Right to work in the UK

* Enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

* Two professional, child-related references
