Description
The Commercial Contracts Manager role will involve the following tasks:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud hosting, professional services, and supplier and customer contracts.
*Supporting IP protection and licensing
*Assisting with data processing agreements, privacy policies, and compliance with UK GDPR frameworks
*Collaborating with commercial teams to provide legal guidance whilst managing risk
*Supporting company secretarial and governance activities where required, including policy reviews and compliance documentation
*Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments in technology, IP, and IT
Profile
The successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager should have to following skills and experience:
*Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contracts
*Experience of negotiating Technology contracts
*Experience of IP would be an advantage
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
*Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
*Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
This is a contract position for 12 months.
This role is based in the office 4 days per week, 1 week from home.
Parking is available on site.
