Job Type: Full Time
Location: Brent, North West London
Pay Rate: £95-£115 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: April 2026Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a committed Primary SEND TA to work within an ARP provision in a diverse and inclusive school in Brent, starting after Easter.
The ARP supports pupils with higher SEND needs, providing a structured, low-arousal environment with tailored support and gradual integration into mainstream classrooms.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support
*Support pupils with communication and emotional regulation
*Assist with EHCP target delivery
*Promote independence and positive engagement
*Work closely with SENCO and external professionals
Requirements:
*Experience supporting primary SEND pupils
*Confident supporting higher needs and behaviour challenges
*Positive, resilient and patient
*Available full time from after Easter
Competitive daily rate and ongoing training provided.
