Location: London
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per annum
About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Handyperson to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work within a supportive and professional environment.
Full training will be provided. A valid UK driving licence is essential. The company specialises in the installation, maintenance, and reactive repairs of washrooms across a variety of corporate sites.
Basic plumbing or drainage experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and fuel card will be supplied.
The role requires flexibility, including out-of-hours and weekend work, which will be discussed during the interview stage.
Work will be primarily based within the London area.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial properties.
*Safely operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
*Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
*Travel to various job sites while adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a valid driving licence.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects, including assisting with carpentry and assembly tasks when required.
*Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials utilised.
