Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our valued client. This HR Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:*Providing first-line HR advice and guidance across the business
*Supporting managers with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
*Coordinating recruitment activity and onboarding processes
*Maintaining accurate HR records, systems, and compliance documentation
*Assisting with policy updates, reporting, and continuous improvement projects
*Acting as a key point of contact for staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
About You:*Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role
*Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office and HRIS/Database systems
*CIPD Level 3 (minimum) – Level 5 desirable
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
