I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business based in Huddersfield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking company with a great culture and excellent on-site facilities, including a free gym and PT classes!
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process for both UK and international customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from order receipt through to delivery.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include:
*Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
*Liaising with UK and overseas customers
*Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch
*Handling customer queries and providing updates
*Supporting with export documentation where required
About You:
*Previous experience in a customer service or sales order processing role
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with international customers
*Proactive and able to work well within a team
