Teaching Assistant - Primary School (Litherland)

A supportive and enthusiastic primary school in Litherland is looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
*Providing targeted 1:1 or small-group intervention
*Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement
*Helping maintain a positive, nurturing, and well-organised classroom environment

Requirements
We are seeking someone who has:
*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting (essential)
*A strong understanding of classroom support strategies
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A proactive, flexible and supportive approach
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
