Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:00, Fri 8:00-15:30
Location: South Bristol
Contract: Full-time, term-time, temporary

?? What you’ll be doing
No two days look the same, but your role will include:? Welcoming students, parents and visitors with confidence and positivity
? Managing incoming calls, emails and queries-keeping communication flowing smoothly
? Supporting staff with admin tasks, printing, organising and keeping everything running like clockwork
? Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
? Being that go-to person who helps keep the front-of-house calm, professional and student-focused
�? Who we’re looking for
Someone who is:? Friendly, approachable and great with people
? Calm under pressure-with a smile even on the busy days
? Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
? Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks
? Passionate about supporting young people and the school community
? Ready to start immediatelyExperience in schools or reception roles is helpful-but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important!
