Job Description:
The Role: * Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and other additional needs
* Plan and adapt engaging lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets
* Support pupils who may be out of mainstream education or awaiting specialist placements
* Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements: * Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in schools, tuition, or alternative provisions)
* QTS, PGCE, degree-level qualification, or relevant tutoring experience
* Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, empathetic approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Right to work in the UK
