A welcoming and supportive primary school in Bootle is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time, long-term basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and structured lessons
*Providing 1:1 and small-group intervention support
*Assisting with behaviour management and pupil wellbeing
*Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
*Strong understanding of primary education and support strategies
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A flexible, proactive and supportive attitude
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
