We are looking for a proactive Transport Supervisor / Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics and ensure timely delivery of products. The role involves liaising with commercial, procurement, and production teams, as well as building strong relationships with customers and third-party providers.
Responsibilities:
*Manage daily logistics schedules (goods in/out)
*Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
*Ensure deliveries comply with ADR/IMDG/IATA standards
*Monitor third-party logistics providers and maintain accurate documentation
*Support customs and transport processes
*Prioritise workload and resolve issues proactively
Requirements:
*2+ years in logistics or commercial operations
*Customer/supplier interface experience
*Knowledge of import/export or customs desirable
*Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience desirable
*Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
