CACHE Level 3 Nursery Assistant – Harlow
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Flexible Shifts Available
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a warm and welcoming nursery based in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and confident in supporting children aged 2–3 years.
About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
*Support the learning and development of children aged 2–3 years.
*Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
*Work effectively as part of a friendly and professional early years team.
*Help deliver engaging activities that support the EYFS framework.
Requirements
*CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) – essential
*Previous experience supporting 2–3-year-olds
*Paediatric First Aid – preferred
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A positive, caring, and proactive approach to childcare
