We are working with welcoming and inclusive schools across Braintree seeking an outstanding SENCO to join their leadership team. This SENCO role in Braintree offers the opportunity to lead SEND strategy, support staff development, and ensure pupils receive high-quality, tailored provision.
As a SENCO in Braintree, you will oversee SEND identification, coordinate interventions, and liaise with parents, external agencies, and senior leaders. * Work closely with SLT to develop whole-school SEND strategy in Braintree.
