Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator - 12 Month Maternity Cover
Starting ASAP
Monday – Thursday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday between 8:00am to 3:30 pm
Salary: £26 - 28k per annum
25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Elevation Recruitment are working with a dynamic manufacturing business based in Huddersfield to support them with a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 Month Contract basis.
Main duties of the Customer Service Administrator include:
*Support UK Customer Orders via phone and email
*Manage end-to-end order processing from order to transport
*Keep customers up to date with delivery times
*Work with internal departments to ensure that timeframes are met
*Handle and resolve enquiries or complaints efficiently
*Update customer records on the CRM system
*Support wider customer service initiatives and projects as required.
*Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal systems, reporting, and documentation.
*Support on reception - meet and greet visitors
*Occasional support for hosting visitors or assisting with company events.
*Other ad hoc admin duties that you may be required to support with across the team
The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Admin needs to have:
*Experience of working within a busy customer service team - desirable
*Knowledge of CRM systems
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Competent speaking with customers
*Working hours and holiday schedules are in line with construction industry standards, which include several defined breaks during the year. Exact dates are confirmed annually and communicated well in advance.
