*Full-time, 5 days per week, term time only
*Deliver high-quality practice in line with the EYFS
*Hours: 08:15-15:30
*Daily rate: £95-£110 per day (PAYE)

We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Tradewind Recruitment in a well-established primary school in the northwest area of Cambridge. This role is available immediately, with the potential to develop into a permanent position.


The school is rated Good by Ofsted, and the Nursery places children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. You will support children aged 18 months to 5 years, delivering high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS guidance. This inclusive setting encourages Early Years Practitioners to bring creativity, warmth, and confidence to their role while ensuring every child thrives.


Key Responsibilities the nursery Practitioner role
*Support learning, development, and wellbeing across the Nursery
*Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
*Build strong relationships with colleagues and families
*Encourage every child to reach their full potential


Requirements for the Level 3 Nursery practitioner role
*CACHE Level 3 (or above)
*Paediatric First Aid level 3
*Strong knowledge of EYFS is essential
*Experience working with children aged 18 months-5 years
*Teamwork, creativity, and excellent communication skills
